SALES SERVICES OPERATOR
Qualified Sales Services Operators are professional salespersons. They can project, set up and tidy up the shop floor, manage the stock (receiving, storing and preparing goods), manage purchases (planning assortment and goods flow, managing orders and relations with the suppliers), assist the customer (working in direct contact with the customer, helping in the buying process, advising in the choice of a product and selling it) and manage payment operations, receipts and other relevant documentation. They work in large scale retail as well as in independent shops in the food and non-food sector.

Sales Services Operators take part in the retail process with specific responsibilities depending on the company structure.
