CATERING SERVICES OPERATOR – FOOD PREPARATION AND PLATING
Qualified Catering Services Operators – Food Preparation and Plating are professional cooks. They can:
- prepare and adequately preserve dishes, menus, pastries and bakery products, respecting HACCP food safety regulations and other relevant safety standards
- take care of stock management and manage purchase documentation
- tidy up, reorganise and clean the working space and cooking tools.
